How Do I buy an item? There is no cart symbol!

Please send us an email or use our contact page with reference to the product code listed below the picture. We will then get in touch with you to arrange all the details!

How Do You Process Payments?

We accept payment using paypal. If you would rather pay by another method, such as personal cheque or bank transfer, please place let us know when you order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Singapore is $5 for uninsured mail or we can also arrange a personal handover! I’d love to meet the person who will enjoy my creations.
For overseas orders, shipping depends on carrier and location.

How Soon Should I Expect My Order?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment.
Delivery times depend on shipping mode.

Can I Return An Order If I Change My Mind?

Of course you can return an unused item within a week after delivery.

What Happens If I Damage my item?

We are happy to carry out repairs of our creations should they become damaged within a month. However, the material we use for the baskets, bowls and hemp bags are not meant to be wet, so damaged caused by heavy use cannot be repaired.

Please contact us with a description of the damage (with photographs, if possible) so that we can provide you with information on how to proceed and a quotation for the repair.

Do you Repair Jewelry?

We can only repair items made in my own studio.

Can I Stock Your Creations In My Gallery/Shop?

If you are a member of the trade and would like to purchase a selection of our work for your shop/gallery, please contact us for the wholesale prices and guidelines.

Do you Accept Commissions?

Many of our collections are particularly adaptable to personalising, making them perfect for a special gift, so please get in touch with any ideas you have – we’d love to work with you!

Will I Get The Exact Piece In The Photo?

On placing an order, we will attempt to recreate the piece pictured, as closely as possible, for you, but there may be slight differences depending on the availability of the particular found objects and material.

This is one of the charms of our work, and ensures that each piece is unique to its owner.

Can I Feature You And Your Work On My Blog?

We would be delighted if you featured our work on your blog or website!

However, due to the finely handcrafted, bespoke nature of Kominako creation we can not provide samples for bloggers or prizes for giveaways or auctions.

We also ask that you get in touch before hand so we can provide the correct crediting for any images you would like to use.
