Delivery and Returns
Every piece is made unique and by hand in my workshop. Depending on the item, slightly different lead times may occur as some are made to order and others maybe in stock. It also depends on where you are.
Within 24hours upon payment, I will e-mail with specific details of when to expect delivery.
If you require an item for a specific date or really urgently please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. I will do her best to meet any deadlines.
Within Singapore : $5
International : I will contact you once we have established the costs to your country.
*Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delayed delivery, of items due to customer error.
International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond our control, and entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
Due to the nature of my business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of order. Please contact us, with the subject heading “Urgent”.
We hope you will be delighted with your piece from Kominako Creations and would never find it necessary to return it.
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.
If this is the case, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items are returned at the buyer’s own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
*Earrings and custom made items CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. I am happy, however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).
*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
